Northern Ritual Mobile is our flagship contrast-therapy experience, packed down and driven to you. A real wood-fired sauna. A real cold plunge. Set up in half a day and run properly for as long as you need it.

What we bring
A Northern Ritual site,
on wheels.
Most “mobile saunas” are a barrel on a trailer and a wheelie bin of cold water. This isn’t that. Mobile is a proper wood-fired cedar sauna, a cedar barrel plunge, a changing and robe area, and a member of our team running the fire from arrival to last plunge. Everything that makes a Northern Ritual site feel unhurried — brought to the pitch, the paddock, the car park, the lawn.

Three things arrive on the truck. All three run simultaneously, all day, without you thinking about them.
The sauna
A wood-fired cedar cabin seating up to eight. Real fire, real smoke, real 90 °C heat — not an electric box in a trailer. Panoramic glass end, so you’re never inside a cupboard.
The plunge
A cedar barrel plunge — the honest, elemental version. Filled fresh from your outdoor tap, refreshed through the day, watched by our team so the last guest gets clean, cold water like the first.
The setup
Changing tent, robes, towels, cold-water rinse, benches, and a warm rest area for the space between rounds. Everything you need to run the full circuit, not just the highlight reel.
How it works

We arrive, we set up (≈ 4 hours).
Trailer in, cabin levelled, fire lit, barrel plunge filled from your outdoor tap. You get on with your day. By the time your first slot starts, the sauna is at temperature and the plunge is waiting.

You use it, we run it.
Our team stays on-site the whole time — feeding the fire, keeping the plunge cold, watching temperatures, resetting towels between rounds. Guests just move between heat, cold and rest.

We break down, we take it with us.
End of the day, we pack the fire down, drain and load the plunge, and leave the ground the way we found it. No cleanup on your side.

We’ll bring the rest.
Pubs with a car park, hotels with a lawn, farms with a level field, country clubs, sports grounds, glamping sites — we pay a simple day rate (or a revenue share, your choice) to set up on your ground for a day, a weekend, or a residency.
You provide access, a level patch, and one outdoor tap. We provide everything else: the unit, the fire, the water, the staffing, the insurance, and the bookings on our own system. Guests arrive to your place, spend the day, and leave with a good feeling about it. You get paid. The ground goes back the way we found it.

We didn’t build Northern Ritual to be a hot-tub company. We built it because we couldn’t find outdoor sauna and plunge done to the standard we wanted.
Mobile follows the same rule: real wood, real cold, real staffing. If it wouldn’t make the cut at our flagship site, it doesn’t leave the yard.

Ground needs to be level — roughly the footprint of a transit van and a small marquee — with vehicle access and one outdoor tap we can run a hose from. That is it. We handle the rest: the fire, the water, the towels, the timings, and the bookings on our own system.
